The Assessment
Are you ready to see your patterns clearly? The SHEER Personality assessment asks you to respond to a series of statements about how you work, relate, and decide. There are no right or wrong answers. Your responses place you along five relational dimensions that provide insight into how you show up in the world and how you relate to those around you.
SHEER Personality measures five dimensions of personality. Each one is a spectrum, not a box or a category. Every point along every spectrum carries its own strengths and tradeoffs.
