What SHEER Personality measures
The assessment places you along five relational dimensions. Each one is a spectrum, and every point along every spectrum carries its own strengths and tradeoffs. There are no right or wrong points across the spectrum: only information about how you operate — and how you’re perceived by others.

Answer a series of statements that explore how you relate to yourself, with others, and to the world around you. The assessment consists of 60 statement-based questions and takes around 5 minutes to complete.

Your Constellation: the Shape of Your Personality
Your position on all five spectrums plots into a single shape: your Constellation, the shape of your personality. Your Constellation is a visual map of where you sit across the five dimensions. Even if someone else shared similar points across a spectrum point, you can still end up with very different Constellation shapes.
Your full Insight Map: a Detailed Result Analysis
Your Insight Map provides a detailed analysis of your personality across all five dimensions. For each dimension, you’ll see what your position looks like from the inside, where it works in your favor, and where it tends to get misread by people who operate differently.

Your Insight Guide
Your results describe your pattern. Your Insight Guide applies it.
Ask why the same conflict keeps finding you, even when the people change. Ask how your patterns are impacting a work situation, a friendship dynamic, or a decision you need to make. Ask how to raise something hard with someone who processes differently than you do. The Guide answers in real time, based on your specific results, whenever you need more clarity.
This is where a report becomes a skill. Relational intelligence grows through practice, and the Guide gives you somewhere to practice with your own individual results and situations specific to you.

Overlays
An Overlay puts your Constellation and someone else's on the same chart.
Sometimes a partnership, pairing, or relationship needs a little clarity. Overlays allow you to see where you sit in relation to each other across all five dimensions, then get a read on that relationship: how each of you likely experiences the other, where the ease comes from, where friction tends to show up.
People use Overlays with a co-founder, collaborators, a partner at home, a sister, a close friend. Anywhere two people—and their patterns—keep meeting.
